Do you love champagne? Well get ready for the champagne event of the year! We are very excited to host Pierre Casenave from Veuve Clicquot, as he talks about the 5 amazing champagnes that will be served this evening. The highlight of the event will be “La Grande Dame 1998″ which will be served in Magnum format. Chef Rogelio Herrera will be pairing these fantastic champagnes with his equally fantastic 5-course menu.

Amazing Meals Comes in Threes!

Three of Calgary’s most exciting restaurants, Alloy, Rouge and CHARCUT will be hosting a six-course menu over the span of three months.

Each evening there will be a cocktail reception with appetizers and a chance to meet the chefs. Followed by their amazing culinary creations. Tickets are $140 per event.
