Our Concept

Bringing creativity and passion from their respective Mediterranean and Latin heritages, their influences are introduced to Asian flavours and sensibilities to create a menu and atmosphere that represents a harmonious culinary adventure that will leave a lasting impression.

Casamigos Dinner

6:00pm – Passed appetizers followed by 3 course meal and dessert

Ticket price: $95 plus tax and gratuity

Longtime friends George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman love Casamigos. On the rocks, by the shot, at times, straight from the bottle. Tequila-filled nights with friends is how Casamigos was born. Our idea was to make the best-tasting, smoothest Tequila and Mezcal.

We are very excited to be hosting a Casamigos Dinner at ALLOY on December 4th. Chef Rogelio Herrera has created a menu inspired from his Latin heritage to pair with some delicious tequila cocktails.

Rothschild Wine Dinner

March 14, 2019 – 6:00 pm

ALLOY has the great privilege of hosting Fabrice Bandiera, the technical director for Edmond de Rothschild Family Estate and the wines of Chateau des Laurets. Fabrice is a native of Bordeaux’s Entre-Deux-Mers region and has worked for Rothschild Estate for the past 20 years.

Chef Rogelio Herrera has crafted a 5 Course menu with wine pairings from the Rothschild vineyards in Bordeaux as well as Argentina and New Zealand – along with passed appetizers and a welcome prosecco.
