Our Concept

Bringing creativity and passion from their respective Mediterranean and Latin heritages, their influences are introduced to Asian flavours and sensibilities to create a menu and atmosphere that represents a harmonious culinary adventure that will leave a lasting impression.

ALLOY is turning 12! On Friday November 1, 2019 we will be celebrating 12 years of service. We could not have done it without our amazing customers. To celebrate we have invited Mario Bollag of Terralsole Vineyard in Tuscany to join us with his wines and the culinary creations of Chef Rogelio.

Rothschild Wine Dinner

March 14, 2019 – 6:00 pm
$125/person

ALLOY has the great privilege of hosting Fabrice Bandiera, the technical director for Edmond de Rothschild Family Estate and the wines of Chateau des Laurets. Fabrice is a native of Bordeaux’s Entre-Deux-Mers region and has worked for Rothschild Estate for the past 20 years.

Chef Rogelio Herrera has crafted a 5 Course menu with wine pairings from the Rothschild vineyards in Bordeaux as well as Argentina and New Zealand – along with passed appetizers and a welcome prosecco.
