The Owners

Inspired by their backgrounds and travels, Chef/Owners Uri Heilik and Rogelio Herrera invite you on an escape to a unique experience in fine dining.

Bringing creativity and passion from their respective Mediterranean and Latin heritages, their influences are introduced to Asian flavours and sensibilities to create a menu and atmosphere that represents a harmonious culinary adventure that will leave a lasting impression.

Dinner Series

Every few months Alloy hosts a special evening of dining with a cause. By that we mean, Alloy partners up with a great charitable cause or non-profit and creates an amazing evening of food and fun.

Our last Dinner Series raised money for the Children’s Cottage.
